Integrated the first machine translation system with the Web, pre-dating similar Internet capabilities by more than three years. This system, which enables the browsing of foreign language Web sites in one's native language, has been widely deployed for use by US government agencies and troops worldwide. Designed and developed one of the first corporate intranets, MITRE's Information Infrastructure. Designed and deployed the highest wireless network (WiFi, 802.11) in the Northeast US.
